Token status update

When a change is made to a token from the card scheme network, a notification is transmitted. Changes in a token can be if the card is updated (issued a new card) or the token/card is deleted. The flow is described in the figure below.

When a notification is sent, no data includes. It is up to the integrator to fetch the details needed by calling the token status or token card art functions.
